Where We Ship

Cottage Kit offers worldwide shipping to destinations supported at checkout. Available destinations can vary by product, supplier, carrier, and applicable shipping restrictions. If no shipping option appears for an address at checkout, we cannot currently accept delivery to that address.

Shipping Charges

Orders below $75 USD: $7.99 USD flat-rate shipping.
Orders of $75 USD or more: free standard shipping.
The qualifying order amount is calculated after discounts and before taxes, duties, and other government charges.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Rates may be converted to the checkout currency where Shopify supports currency conversion.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Most orders require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Estimated transit time is 7–20 business days after shipment. The general expected total is therefore approximately 9–25 business days from order confirmation.

A delivery estimate displayed on a product page, in the cart, or at checkout may be more specific. When a product-specific estimate differs from this general policy, the product-specific estimate controls.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, peak periods, address problems, supplier delays, and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with available options, which may include accepting a revised estimate or canceling for a refund as required by applicable law.

Multiple Packages

Products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses. A single order may arrive in separate packages at different times. When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

International Orders, Duties, and Taxes

International orders can be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other government assessments. Unless a charge is expressly included and collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for these amounts. Cottage Kit does not control customs decisions or processing times.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that an ordered product can legally be imported into and used in the destination country.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Email support@cottagekit.us within 12 hours if an address correction is needed. We will try to make the change, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, email support@cottagekit.us with the order number so we can investigate. If tracking says “delivered,” first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier. Claims are reviewed individually under our Refund and Return Policy.
